[ARCHIVED] Student Login issues

I am using the Free for Teacher account. I gave all my kids the join code, they enrolled and used Canvas successfully for one week. Now they are locked out. Their logins are not working. I had them request their password and all except one student has not received it. Help! I have to have Canvas and my students are not able to access it.

I have reported the problem to Canvas Support but it has been 5 days and I have not heard anything. This is an emergency!
