[ARCHIVED] Student Scores Appear and I Didn't Do It!

Hi,

I'm an instructor and for one of my class periods, scores suddenly appear for all of my students (100%, of course), whether they submitted the assignment or not. This is very frustrating, and I have no idea what is going on. As far as I know, there is nothing special about this class. Can anyone help? Thank you!

This is indeed frustrating and unexpected!

One way I think this could happen is if a default grade (in this case full marks) was set (and no one already had a grade, and marks were set to post automatically)? I don't have a resolution though, apart from simply explaining the glitch and marking as usual.
