How do students access Zoom in my course?

Hello there,  @mmatthews  Thank You for posting your question.  Assuming that your school has purchased Zoom licenses and that the Zoom LTI app has been integrated with your school's Canvas environment, you should be able to schedule meetings using Zoom for you and your students.  Here's a video I recently found on YouTube that does a pretty good job of showing what the setup would be like once your local Canvas administrators at your school had set up the integration:
