[ARCHIVED] Students can see annotations while on Hide-grades mode

Hi,

Is there any way I could prevent students from seeing my annotations on their essays while I'm marking them? I've already enabled "hide score".

If you mute/hide an assignment, that will hide annotations in SpeedGrader, comments in a rubric, and comments left in the comment box.

About using rubrics.... you need to do two things while you're grading. It's not enough to just "hide" the grades in Speedgrader. You also must set the grading policy for that assignment to "manual" posting in the Gradebook.

I wonder if annotations also requires both processes: "hiding" and selecting "manual" posting.
