I recently setup my courses using the Free for Teachers version of Canvas. When I gave students the enroll in course link in my settings page, the students can login to the course once but weren't asked to create a password. They are unable to access the course page, even though I see them in People on the course page. Help?
I would have the students go to Log In to Canvas and click the Forgot password link and try to reset their password. If that doesn't work then I'd contact Canvas Support by clicking on the Help link and Report a Problem.
