[ARCHIVED] Students unable to submit exam

My students just completed a lengthy final exam. When they tried to submit, the page just continued to act like it was loading but the students could not submit their exams. When I go to the exam management screen, Canvas shows "no grades" for my students who tried to submit.

It seems there are long wait lines for both Canvas Chat and Canvas Phone Support- has anyone else had this issue with students being unable to submit an exam on Canvas? Will Canvas have saved all of their work during this glitch, or is all of their work potentially lost?
