Thanks so much for posting your question! You or your Canvas admin can enable the Microsoft 365 LTI in your course. Students will be able to log into their O365 accounts from within your Canvas course to access the documents you provide. You'll need to follow instructions in the following guides:
Start with the first link to learn how to set this up in your course. Then visit the second link (and, more specifically, this link) to generate the information you'll need to add the app in your account.
This will add an Office 365 link in your course navigation, and you and your students can log into their O365 accounts from within Canvas and access any linked documents.
