[ARCHIVED] Unable to Save changes to edits made in the RCE for Quizzes

This is an error that must be either part of my account or else the Canvas framework, and a strange one at that.

I am very well versed in Canvas, I know the steps to share, change, move, and nearly everything that you can think of.  With that said, I am encountering an extremely frustrating error that I am unable to solve and one that is not being experienced by anyone else.


Whenever I import "Shared Content" into my courses, I am unable to SAVE any editing I do in the "Rich Content Editor" (RCE) or the "HTML Editor". Specifically this occurs with quizzes.

I have access to all of the editing functions.  I am able to change (and save) modifications to questions.  I just will NOT SAVE any changes that I make to the instructions section that has the RCE.

This does sound most unusual. I think in this case I would get some official Canvas Support.

Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. But this sounds like a 'back end' challenge.
