If we use the suspend user feature, will that person still receive global announcements to their email if we use the "send a notification directly to users when announcement starts"?

When suspending a user, this removes their ability to login, I believe this would also cause them to not receive Canvas Notifications.

Thanks for this. 

I have found that Suspended users are still receiving notifications from Global announcements. Do you know how to use the global announcement feature without sending emails to suspended users?
