[ARCHIVED] Syllabus - past events

Hi - is there any way to filter past events from showing on the syllabus? We use the syllabus as the homepage (as it resizes better in mobiles) but there is now a long list of events from earlier in the year which are no longer relevant. Is there any way to filter these out without manually deleting each one?

There is not a way to do this, but it has been discussed in previous feature ideas: https://community.canvaslms.com/ideas/7926 and https://community.canvaslms.com/ideas/6832-syllabus-assignment-list-option-to-sort-with-most-current...  and https://community.canvaslms.com/ideas/7122 (and maybe others). It looks to me like this is one of those things in Canvas that are hard to change because no one quite agrees on what the desired change would look like.
