[ARCHIVED] Tags Not Appearing

I want to add tags to the Categories for my subaccount.  I added a tag for each of four courses, but when I try to add them to Categories for the subaccount, I changed the dropdown to "Showing Tags," but they are not listed.  Am I doing something wrong?

I would suggest submitting a ticket to support if they are not appearing.

Thanks, Jessica.  I did.  They keep sending me emails saying "your case is solved", but nothing has changed!

Ugh! I only know that you can put tags in listings but I am not familiar with them in categories.
