Hi Llitzel,
That message typically means the name isn't correct in the TO: box. I've found it's best to start typing the name, then when the autofill finds the user, click on that name. You do have to click to select it, you can't hit tab. If the name in the TO: box isn't encapsulated in a blue oval, you will get this error. . (see the link copied below). Many times I have accidently entered the wrong name and received that error
If that isn't causing the issue, it may be a larger concern. In that case, I recommend you contact your IT department to have them look into why that might be happening.
