Hi,
the documentation on how to record and attach a video or just upload is very simple and easy to understand.
My problem is that the Record / Upload Video button does not appear under any circumstances in the editor's toolbar.
Can someone explain to me how to add this functionality in the editor.
This feature does not appear for me to use.

If you are using the new Rich Text Editor, the button looks different. Image attached.

When I change to the new Rich Text Editor, an error occurs when trying to upload or load the video recording functionality.
This same error occurs when I try to attach an image or document, even though I have already uploaded the file.
"Algo deu errado, tente novamente após atualizar a página" = "Something went wrong, try again after refreshing the page"
"Algo deu errado." = "Something went wrong."

Make sure to check your internet connection - it could be timing out. Make sure that you are using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
It is also possible that your institution has turned off the ability to upload media because they use another media hosting and streaming solution like Panopto, Kaltura, Echo360 etc. You should check with your institution first.

The company I work for is an iron industry and I am trying to implement an internal e-learning solution for training employees only.
I am the IT manager and I am installing CANVAS LMS from the project source. My hope was that the non-availability of the Record / Upload video feature in standard RCE mode was just some native configuration disabled.
