Hi all!
I am designing a mid-term exam, and I would like to set a separate maximum time for a multiple choice (30 minutes) section and an essay question (50 minutes), for a total of 80 minutes. Is there a way to do this?
Alternatively, is there a way to set a prerequisite on a quiz, so I can just create a second quiz that can be accessed only after the first is completed?
Thanks for your time!

Hello,
You would need to have 2 separate quizzes - one for the multiple-choice and one for the essay.
I would recommend creating a new module for the mid-term with these two items in it.
You would put the MC first followed by the essay. For the module, you would enable requirements, that the student complete in sequence order and that they submit both items.
