[ARCHIVED] Timeline bar in Canvas Studio

I'm trying to make comments at specific time marks in a video in Studio however the timeline bar is really hard to bring up. It's designed to fade in on hover but I can hover here there and everywhere for several minutes without the timeline bar showing up at all. I'm wondering if edits were made to Studio recently that redefined the hover div to a really tiny area. Without predictable access to the timeline bar I can't use the comments feature in Studio.

Sorry to see that your question has been sitting out here unanswered for a long time.  I've not heard of anything like this in Studio.  Are you still experiencing this issue in Studio?  Have you tried reaching out to Canvas Support to see if they have any thoughts for you?  That's probably what I would recommend if it is still causing an issue.  How do I contact Canvas Support?  Another thought would be to try another browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to see if your experience with Studio is any different.  In either case, it would be great to hear back from you...especially if you have a chat with Canvas Support ... so we can learn what they've done to help you with this issue.
