[ARCHIVED] TurnItIn Integration Issues

We finally got the go ahead to create the integration with TurnItIn LTI. We followed all the instructions on Help Center site but we keep getting this error when setting up an assignment. Any ideas? Deactivated user​. Looping Deactivated user​ in this conversation.

Nevermind. We figured it out. The TurnItIn website was confusing. It had an option for Canvas but didn't mention that this was the option for the plugin. You have to select the LTI option to begin the configuration for the LTI tool.
