I was in contact with our Support Team to investigate the case and get more details for you. Unfortunately, we could not find the support ticket in our system. Thus, I assume you submitted it to the Support Team of Canvas.
Unfortunately, we don’t support the BluePrint course functionality in LTI right now. However, our team has this known issue in the backlog to investigate and resolve it as soon as possible.
I am sorry that you and your colleagues faced the issue. I do understand your frustration and eagerness to assist your team members. Likewise, we are doing our best to help you and our other users.
