[ARCHIVED] Unable to Access Collaboration Files

My group is attempting to use google docs within the people > group > collaborations > google doc file pathway. I was asked to authorize one file and was able to access, but the other files simply flash the authorization screen and immediately switch to the following message: 

Google Drive

We cannot access the requested file. Please contact the administrator of the Google drive account for further details.

I have been assured that I have been granted permissions to all files in the same way that allowed me to access one out of the three collaborations created. Does anyone have any advice or insight?
