[ARCHIVED] Unable to open/download files in my ipad

Hi there,

I just met a problem for opening or downloading all course files on canvas on my iPad.

Whenever I want to do that it just report an error showing in the picture I attach. But I can still download or open every file in my canvas on PC or iPhone.

Please help me to find a solution!

Hi Zhijian,

Students, where I teach, have seen this error as well. We've had luck closing the app the going to the iPad settings. Next, find Canvas Student in the list and select "clear cache". That has generally cleared up the issue. If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
