I've found the instructions to unconclude a course in the paid version of Canvas. However, it requires admin access, and I don't see the same options in my FFT account.

Hello @KristinL - I reviewed the "How do I contact Canvas Support" webpage but it seems like there is no option for the Free-For-Teacher (FFT) account users. I also had to this question about how to unconclude a course from the FFT account. Are there any other resources for FFT users in regards to this topic?

Users with FFT accounts can still contact Canvas Support but it is via email and can tend to take a longer turn around time than regular schools or institutions with live phone or chat support. You are welcome to email community@instructure.com and it can be looked into further for you. Realistically, Canvas should be able to unconclude a course for you if you can provide the URL to your course. Please feel free to email there directly and we should be able to assist you.
