Hello,
I am getting the notification on Lockdown that my browser is not supported by canvas. I checked and i have Chrome 102 but canvas is showing that I have chrome 95. I double checked that my Chrome browser is up to date and i also deleted the cookies. I logged out and back onto canvas but the notification is still popping up. What should I do?

Are you using Chrome to log into Canvas, or are you using something else like Respondus LockDown Browser (which looks like a version of Chrome to Canvas)? If you're using LockDown Browser, make sure that you update that to the latest version, as well.
You must make sure that you are using a supported version of Chrome. Currently, that means you must be using Chrome 103 or higher. See https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Basics-Guide/What-are-the-browser-and-computer-requirement...

I am a student at Grossmont College. My course is using Canvas.
I tried to log into the system. I got a message that my browser is out of date.
I tried to update it but it looks like it is not doing the update process.
On my screen, it says update.
How can I get the update to work properly? I suppose I have to have the
updated version to get into Canvas? Please assist me with how I can get
the update to work. Thank you. How or when will I get a response to this?
