Hi!

I am having a problem with my installation of canvas, the options to insert multimedia within the text editor do not appear, additionally when I try to load files from an internal link I always have the message "Something went wrong. Check your connection, reload the page, and try again"

Could you guide me a little with a possible solution?

Just to be sure, have you tried clearing your cache using this guide and/or tried this in another browser? If this issue continues we may need to have you reach out to support with a link to an example to troubleshoot this.
