We are having the same issue with a few students not every student in the class or every class the student is in.

I'm checking in to see if this is still an issue with your students? Version 6.9.8 of the iOS app mentioned fixes for quiz uploading issues.

I have the same issue. I can not insert anything into discussion posts, images, document, etc. Nothing works and I just get an error message. This needs to be fixed as it has already cost me class credit. This has been going on for months.

Is it because of the memory allocation for the student? I (student) am also having this problem right now.

@shrey Yes, that error is the error you receive when you run out of Canvas storage space. I am guessing this is for a discussion or something that is "not graded" as this will directly impact your individual storage space.  If it is a graded item, it should not affect your space.  You can see what has been saved in your files area by clicking on your on your account and then the "files" section.  If you have some old stuff that you can delete, you may try that to free up some space for whatever you are trying to post.

Storage is not the problem for me - I am trying to upload a lecture for my class (as a PDF) and getting this error. The only solution I can find has to do with memory, but I have only used |% of my allocated memory. Thank you for any assistance.

I think there was an issue with Canvas - the incident report page shows that the issue was fixed at 13:16 MST.  Which might have been right after you posted.

There is a banner now when you go into the community stating that the upload issue has been fixed.
