[ARCHIVED] Uploading custom thumbnail to Commons

Hi. I'm having difficulty uploading a thumbnail image to a Canvas Commons resource. I managed to do it once but when I deleted the old module and uploaded the new one, then tried to upload my custom picture (size is ok) it returns with the error message Failed to upload thumbnail. Please try again.  Tried multiple times but no luck. It sometimes allows Unsplash images to be uploaded but never my own. #upload to commons

Hi  @neil_grant ...

I just finished a chat session with Canvas technical support.  It sounds like Level 2 support is aware of this issue, and they are investigating.  If you want to report this issue on your own, you can reference my case number: 05182717.

Hi Chris. The issue has been resolved. I managed to change the image on my Commons resource this morning. Thanks for the guidance
