[ARCHIVED] Using an External Tool for an Ungraded Assignment

I frequently want to do in-class assignments using an External Tool (Nearpod, Pear Deck, etc.). If I select to display scores as an ungraded assignment, the external tool disappears. I do not want to grade these assignments, nor do I want them cluttering up my gradebook as assignments with a grade total of zero. It seems like this should be an easy fix.

Hello there, @EllenCrews ...

I was able to re-create what you are describing.  Instead of selecting "Not Graded" from the "Display Grade as" dropdown list, I think the best option you'll have is to select the checkbox for "Do not count this assignment towards the final grade", but this won't necessarily remove it as a column in your Grades page.  I know this might not be ideal for your needs...but it's probably the best that can be done at this time.
