[ARCHIVED] Using both an access Code and filter IP addresses

Most of my students will be using Examity to take their online exams, which requires an access code.  A few students need to take their exams in an on-campus testing center which refuses to use access codes and instead insists that we use the "filter IP address" option.  If I check both boxes (requires access code and filter IP addresses) will it allow students to access the exam if only one of those two conditions are met (either they enter the access code OR they are using one of the filtered IP addresses) or would it require both of the conditions to be met (they both enter the access code AND are using one of the filtered IP addresses)?

Hello Teddy,

I believe that if you have both "Access code" and "Filter IP" checked, then both things will be required for all students.  It's an "and" not an "either/or" option.
