I'm just checking to see if I understand. Did you use the recording tool in the Rich Content Editor?
If so this guide will support you with that How do I record a video using the Rich Content Editor as a student?
Remember that the video can't be too long. 15 minutes is the maximum length, even that might be pushing it.
