Why does student get error when trying to submit picture or video?

Hey Laura,

There are a myriad of errors that can occur here, ranging from a bad internet connection to an authentication problem. Without more information, it's impossible to say. If you can attach a screenshot or recording of what exactly the student is seeing, that might be helpful.

She is using safari. Before she would just keep trying to send it and it worked. Now its not working at all. She just keeps getting the error. So shes air dropping things to her personal ipod, then emailing it me, and I'm emailing it to the teacher.

Do you have any information for me regarding this submission error.  I've attached what the student sees and some further info. from the student's parent.  Please advise, thank you.
