I created a slideshow for my students and posted it as an assignment. It is my understanding that each student would get their own copy of the slideshow if I assigned it through the Google Drive Cloud external tool. My question is how do I access the students' slideshows once they have added to it? I have been told that it should appear in my Google Drive, but I cannot see my students' work so far. Is there a folder that it automatically goes to? Would Speedgrader show me anything?
Good afternoon, @Rissielea ...
I think all the information needed to answer your question is contained within this Guide: How do I create a cloud assignment with a Google Drive file?. Specifically, be sure to read through the information in the blue box at the top of that page...as that explains what happens from the time the student opens your Google file in Canvas to the time that it is actually submitted back to you with their own changes.
I hope this will be of some help to you. Sing out if you have any other questions...thanks! Take care, stay safe, and be well.
