Follow me on this story:

Steve takes a test 1st block.  He gets a 18 out of 20.  He looks at his score and views which questions he gets wrong.   Then, at lunch, he opens the test while sitting with his girlfriend Mel.  Mel gets to see what Steve answered for all questions.   When Mel takes is 4th block, she gets all answers shuffled, but she still knows that numerical values are correct.

Is there a way that Steve gets to see what he missed, but when he closes out, he can’t reopen it again so he can’t share it, take pictures of it, or let anyone see it?

You can set it to allow students to only see correct answers "Only once after each attempt"

I'm not sure if that would completely solve your issue.  Following your story, I think Steve could wait to view his scores at lunch.

Because of this, I don't allow my students to see responses or correct answers until all sections have completed it.
