[ARCHIVED] What do I do if my test is saying that I did it but I didn't actually do it?

It is saying that I clicked on the test but didn't answer any of the questions. I haven't even clicked the test to do it and I am confused as to why it is saying that I did it and didn't answer the questions. Please help me!!

This is probably a question that you should contact your instructor about.  Your instructor may be willing to re-open the test for you so that you can take it again.  To contact your instructor, you can click on the "Help" icon on the left side of your Canvas screen, and then click "Ask Your Instructor a Question".  More information can be found in this Guide: How do I get help with Canvas as a student?.  I hope this will be helpful for you.  Good luck!
