[ARCHIVED] What happened to the Canvas Links Option and html editor?

We just had an update to Canvas and now when I edit a page the Links tab on the right side of the page are missing.  Can you please tell me how I can access them?  I used to use them just as shown in this Canvas help 

How do I link to other Canvas pages in a course?  

however, now they are gone.

I cannot find the html editor either which used to be at the top right of the editing box can you tell me where to find that as well?

I found both of these, the html editor option is now at the bottom of the editor page with this sign </> and the course links is not in the link tab at the top of the editor page.  It gives the options of external or course links, if it already has a link you can remove it and then the options show up.
