[ARCHIVED] What permissions are needed to update the "SIS ID" value on Section?

We are needing to copy the SIS ID value from the Course to the Section for several hundred sections. We are looking for which Permissions are needed in order to allow limited account access and still update the SIS ID value on the Section.
