Why the error? There's no further info to correct the situation. I need to give some students additional time on examinations. Is my account not configured correctly?

Hey all,
I'm the main developer for Quiz Extensions. My apologies for not seeing this sooner.
It's possible that this issue is related to the SameSite cookie changes made in Chrome 80. To address this, we've made a new release of Quiz Extensions (v4.0.0).
Please let me know whether or not updating to that version fixes the issue.
To ensure a quick response to issues, the best place to ask questions or report issues with Quiz Extensions (or any of UCF's open source tools) is our UCF Open Source Slack. You can also create a new issue on the Quiz Extensions GitHub page. @-mentioning me or private messaging me here on the Canvas Community is also okay.

Were you able to resolve this? One of our instructors is having the same problem. I’m not having any luck finding info on what’s causing the problem or how to fix it.
This particular issue was solved by going into Private Browsing mode and accessing Quiz Extensions. Why that works I have no idea.
However, FYI, I’ve now run into other issues with Quiz extensions. Specifically, that students granted more time do not actually receive it. I am now trying to solve this by using the Moderate function within the quiz. Is there any reason to think that this is a problem caused by trying to add time for students after the exam has already been published?
Scott

Thanks Matt. I’m not the administrator though, just a teacher. Will this be rolled out to the University of Maryland automatically?
Scott
I am in contact with some administrators from the University of Maryland (which is how I found out about this thread), and am working to help them get updated.
great, thanks for you help on this.
all the best,
