[ARCHIVED] Where did my quiz images go?

I am trying to use a quiz from a previous semester with images embedded within the questions.  They images are saved and uploaded to CANVAS files as png files.  For some reason, I can no longer see these images, and even when I try to upload a new image, I only get a box with a blue question mark in the middle.  Any solutions that you know of?  Explanations?

Are you using Safari as your web browser?  If so try switching to chrome or firefox to see if you have the same issue.  Safari made a change with their security settings a couple of months ago and one of the side effects I've seen is images in quizzes showing exactly as you describe.
