Why did my embedded videos disappear?

I've spent hours on a quiz that has an embedded video or picture in each question. They were all there last night and this morning. And then now as I went in to do some final touches, every single embedded pic and video is Pooof! Gone! There is just massive, wide open, blank space where it was. This is a small disaster.

Hello  @steven_galley  , and welcome to the Community. 1 possible issue with your pictures and videos is that your cache needs to be cleared.  I'd also check with your local administrator and see if the district's firewall might be causing issues with your videos.
