[ARCHIVED] Why are my icons appearing extremely big and will not let me view my dashboard. I am using Google Chrome for my browser too

When I log into Canvas, my icons are appearing super big, and it will not let me view anything in regards to my class. I'm already logged in under Google Chrome, I tried holding the Shift button while refreshing at the same time, and I tried clearing my entire history. Nothing works..please help!

I saw that earlier and tried all of those suggestions, none have worked

Since you've worked through the suggested troubleshooting steps, your next best step will be to contact Canvas Support directly so they can have a look at the environment. General instructions are in How do I get help with Canvas as a student?‌, but your school may have customized their support options, in which case please use the support pathway specified by your school.

Hello. I tend to see this with users who utilize VPNs. Please attempt to disconnect/turn off your VPN and try to reload the site. I have seen this happen numerous times with Norton Security Products (especially NortonVPN) as well.
