I have been using the Class Notebook (OneNote) feature through Canvas and love it. Unfortunately, when my students travel to Mexico, they are unable to access OneNote even though they can use Canvas. I have had to abandon OneNote because of this issue as many of my students travel at various times throughout the year. Is there some way to fix this? I would love to go back to using OneNote if possible.
@moonrisehalos In our district, student's must inform our IT department that they are leaving the country so special permissions can be applied to their student profile which will allow them to access their accounts from outside the US. This is a safety measure to limit our student accounts from being hacked by users abroad. Have you looked into your district/schools IT policies?
