I'm not sure if you realized this or not, but you have posted your question to the global Canvas Community website where people come to post questions about Canvas, collaborate with others about Canvas, suggest new Feature Ideas for the Canvas interface, and many other things.  Your question doesn't seem related to Canvas at all.  Is there something we can help you with related to Canvas?  Or, are you using the Microsoft Office 365 integration inside of Canvas?  Any additional information from you would be helpful so that we might be able to steer you in the right direction...thanks!

Thank you for your replies...but I am still a little confused as to what you are asking.  Are you taking courses in Canvas?  If so, are you using an Office 365 integration with your school's Canvas environment?  Is that why you are asking about Microsoft?  Canvas (made by Instructure) and Microsoft are two separate things, and we can generally help answer Canvas questions here in the Community, but if you have specifics about Microsoft, we may/may not be able to answer those specifically.  So, if you can provide any other details about your question, that would be helpful....thank you.

I am confused.  Your Customer Success Manager was not helpful. I will spend more time attempting to use more intuition to understand how to resolve the problems that i have encountered.

I'm sorry to read that you aren't getting the help you are looking for.  I'm still not quite sure about the several replies you have posted since your original question.  I do not work for Instructure (the company that makes Canvas), but rather I work at a Technical College in Wisconsin.  As a fellow Canvas Community member, I thought I'd attempt to respond to your question.  Sorry that my responses haven't been helpful.  I'll reach out to a couple of the Canvas Community managers to see i they might be able to help in some way.
