Video sound not working.
The video sound is not working for any of the videos my professors have embedded withing the script. It is like this for all of my canvas classes. How do I fix this problem? (also the sound is on the video, I clicked on the sound symbol and made sure the volume is up and my speakers are on)

Hi pai19001, and @stokesad a, thanks for the question. This does not sound like normal behaviour. It might pay to contact your instructor and let them know. Perhaps they didn't have their mic on?
You could use the Inbox to message them. How do I send a message to a user in a course in the Inbox as a student?
Sing out if you need a hand.
Same thing happened to me. You might want to double click on the tab to check if its muted. Please let me know if it works for you!
I am having the same issue. I've check all the audio settings on my machine and my browser, switched browsers (from Safari, to Chrome, and finally Firefox) and still have no volume on the video posted by my professor.

Thank you Bobby, It is strange I've been in contact with all my Professors, and weird enough the videos work for the other students. I've reached out to my school's technical support, but still haven't had much luck wither. I've seen that opening the embedded videos in a different tab, makes the audio work, they just don't play with audio on canvas.
