[ARCHIVED] Why is my canvas empty?

I already have a parent's canvas account and 2 kids enrolled in Hillsborough county schools. When I log into canvas I cannot see either of their grades from end of school year. I do not see anything, its completely blank. Their account info does not appear?

Hi @PaulaMcConahay -

I understand why you are concerned! The "blank" look to your dashboard is likely because Hillsborough concluded its courses at the end of a term. This also removes your ability to check final grades, unfortunately. From here, the best step may be to contact your district with questions regarding grades. They may be able to help you by creating a report, etc.

Come time to start the next school year, the courses should populate. 🙂
