[ARCHIVED] Why isn't the whiteboard appearing?

None of the teachers in our group are able to see the whiteboard.  Is there a fix?

Hello,  @exander  and welcome to the Community.  I must first ask if you turned on the multi-user whiteboard; it's the last button on the right-hand side.

That is not possible because the buttons no longer appear.  :

I am having the same problem as Jennifer about 5 days now..the blue whitboard icon has disappeared

Anyone else having this problem?
