[ARCHIVED] Why wont my dashboard and inbox messages appear on my laptop?

In Canvas when I click on the dashboard it is completely white, I have tried to customize it but it continues to do this. And when I click on my inbox to try and send or view a message the page is also completely white. This is also happening with my home pages for all of my classes, I have two online classes that I need to sign in for, the deadline is today.

tcooper013, greetings! It could have something to do with your laptop and/or Internet Browser. I'd recommend switching browsers (ex: Chrome and Firefox) to see if that helps. If not and you're able, try a different computer. Otherwise, if you have a smartphone, you could try accessing Canvas from your phone.
