[ARCHIVED] Why would a graded quiz show as ungraded in the Gradebook?

A teacher gave a graded quiz as a diagnostic. She added fudge point to bring all students up to the full 20 points (since this was just for participation points.) In the quiz, it shows as 20 points, but in the grade book the column still shows the ungraded icon. When you click on the icon, it shows as graded. How can we remove the icon?
