Hi Canvas Gurus,
Question: I uploaded the YouTube link into Studio, so faculty could watch analytics for participation or if he wanted to embed a quiz he could, but the video is just buffering/spinning and never opens. I thought maybe I uploaded too many on a page, but it's the same for all. I am on Chrome.
Any idea of why it's doing this. I don't recall it being a problem at my former institution.

Hello @AVPOO ...
Videos that you add to your Studio account from YouTube should display properly in your Studio library fairly quickly...certainly not as long as you are experiencing. Do you know if the YouTube video is "public" to the world? Also, on the video's YouTube page, have you tried clicking on the "SHARE" button located at the bottom right corner of the video to grab the YouTube video URL? That shortened URL would also work in Studio, so you might want to give that a try as well.
Please keep us posted...thanks! Take care, stay safe, and be well.
I've tried the Share Copy URL and that didn't work either. I scanned the former community issues with Studio. Not sure how to check - these are old YouTube videos. I know YouTube has fixed it so you can't bring in and get captions corrected through Studio anymore. I'm guessing it's an as is. Most of the time it will be "unavailable" once you load. And I don't get that message either. I'll have to steer faculty away from YouTube.

Hi @AVPOO ...
Thank you for the information. Would you be willing to share the link to your YouTube video here in the Community?
Here you go: https://youtu.be/_uk_6vfqwTA
Hello again, @AVPOO ...
Thank you for providing the link. It is working just fine for my when I add it to my Studio library.
I noticed that the link you provided has an extra space after the letters "vfqwTA" in the URL. Are you absolutely sure that no other spaces before or after the URL are in the string of characters? This is the URL I used:
If you are still unable to get that video to load into your Studio library, I would recommend that you reach out to the folks at the Canvas Help Desk to see if they have any other suggestions for you. How do I contact Canvas Support? - Canvas Community
Hope this helps a bit!
