Hello @kcizewski and welcome to the Community. To enable those items, and disable others, go to your Settings menu. You should see 5 tabs in your page.
Click on the Navigation tab. The top box has the items that are enabled (students can see them); the bottom box has disabled items. You can click and drag an item from 1 box to the other OR click on the 3 dots at the end of each option and either enable or disable here. Click Save at the bottom when you are finished.
If you try this and it doesn't work, some of these option may have been hidden by your admin.
