[ARCHIVED] cannot delete video

Yesterday, I made a Kaltura video of a 45-minute lecture. After about 14 hours, the video still had not finished uploading to canvas. So I gave up on it. I have decided to make two shorter videos. I tried to delete the video about two hours ago, but canvas still has not finished deleting the video. I am afraid to waste my time making new videos until this old one has been fully deleted. What should I do?

Hi,  @sjmiller . Where/How did you upload this video to Canvas and what message is it showing you when you try to delete it?
