[ARCHIVED] cannot get past loading page

I have a macboook air and I tried to use both safari and chrome to access the carmen website and they both just get stuck on the loading page when I click on the link so I am not even able to get to the login page. I tried to clear my history and tried clicking the link multiple times on multiple occassions and nothing is working

Hello there, @hann_59 ...

I am assuming that your school has chosen to name Canvas as "Carmen" ... as I've seen the name "Carmen" referenced here in the Community before.  It sounds like you have tried a lot of the things that I would typically recommend, so you might want to try and reach out to the folks at Canvas Support to see if they have any suggestions for you.  How do I contact Canvas Support?
