[ARCHIVED] canvas audio file location

How can I find where the audio files I recorded are located?   I never realized that I should name them so now can't figure out what they are to use them in my lessons.  I want to be able to rename and delete them as well.  Please advise the best way to find them so I can review, delete, and rename them to make them usable.
