[ARCHIVED] delete 'imported assignments' column in gradebook

For some reason my Canvas site has a column for "imported assignments" in the gradebook. I have no imported assignments. How can I get rid of this column? where did it come from?

 @lmoline , greetings! Normally that box shows up when you have imported assignments from one course into another course. To remove it, go to Assignments (on the left), find the "Imported Assignments" assignment group, make sure to move any assignments in this group to a different group, then click on the gray box with the three vertical dots (on the right) and select delete.

I am having the same problem as the OP, but I do not have any imported assignments even on my Assignment List.  When I filter the gradebook by category, there are no assignments in the "Imported" category.  But the category average is still being shown in my gradebook.  I can't find where this is coming from - any other suggestions?

I am trying to delete both the imported assignments column

but when I click on the 3 dots on the right, it only says sort by...     There is no delete option

I think you are on the gradebook page.

You want to be on the assignment page, go to the assignment group labeled imported Assignments and click on the menu options for that group.  One of which is delete.

I also have no imported assignments, but I cannot delete the imported assignments in the grade book. There is not an imported assignments group in the assignments area.

I have done everything that everyone was recommending, but the imported assignments still showed up in my gradebook. I realized that you when you go to the assignments page you have to choose all grading periods (instead of the quarter you are currently in). Then your imported assignments will show up and you can delete it from there by clicking on the 3 dots.
